Gagging Google

Google has been stung with a $22.5 million fine for privacy infringements. This is a puny reprimand, but the publicity reminds us all that anything done on the Internet is like sending messages on picture postcards in the mail. No one should expect complete privacy - unless they use a secret code and even then you can bet your boots that somebody will crack it. It is an essential part of human nature to know what is going on everywhere and at any time - Google is only doing what comes naturally and we should be unconcerned until the day comes when Google is nationalized by a dictatorship in the USA.
